Description
Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia (CCLE), have provided a rigorous framework with which to study genetic variants, candidate targets, and small-molecule and biological therapeutics and to identify new marker-driven cancer dependencies.
Data Access
ChIPBase v3.0 does not provide a way to download the source expression file, you may download RNA-seq data in CCLE website.
