Description:

Here, we provided users with a platform to perform enrichment analysis of ceRNAs from ceRNA networks by using hypergeometric test and FDR correction.


Usage:

Select the ceRNA gene parameter to browse the ceRNA interactions for the selected gene.
Refine the results with the miRNA Number parameter to focus on the ceRNA interactions that share a minimum number of common miRNA families.
Refine the results with the P-value parameter to filter out interactions with low statistical significance (minimum P-value).
Refine the results with the FDR parameter to filter out interactions with low statistical significance (minimum False Discovery Rate (FDR)).
Explore the interaction of ceRNA supported by Pan-Cancer analysis (the number of cancer types with significant co-expression patterns of the miRNA-target interaction).
Refine results with the Pathway parameter to run the enrichment analysis for the selected pathway (e.g., KEGG Pathways, GO Biological Processes, Reactome Pathways, etc.).
