Here, we presented the interaction network of lncRNA-RNA identified from high-throughput sequencing data of RNA-RNA interactome, such as LIGR-Seq, PARIS, SPLASH.

Usage:

Select the Query gene parameter to browse the RNA-RNA interactions.
Refine the results with Interact Num parameter (the number of interactions for the selected RNA).
Refine the results with Experiment Num parameter (the number of supported RNA-interactome sequencing experiments for the RNA-RNA interactions).
Users can filter the results by searching in the table. The searchable columns are allowed using comparison operators like ">=", "<=", ">", "<" and "=". The ">=" is set by default.
