Here, we present the cleavage events of miRNAs on genes supported by degradome-seq data.

Usage:

Select the miRNA parameter to browse the cleavage events mediated by the selected miRNA.
Refine results with the Degradome Data parameter (the number of supported Degradome-seq experiments).
Users can filter the results by searching in the table. The searchable columns are allowed using comparison operators like ">=", "<=", ">", "<" and "=". The ">=" is set by default.
